At Fujifilm House of Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your imaging gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship to the House of Photography
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or visit our flagship store in person.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
